Clearly Besotted - A Better You

Lots of snow outside this week meant lots of time for crafting inside 😀

For these cards I dug out a stamp set called 'A Better You' from Clearly Besotted - it has some beautiful butterfly outlines along with some additional details and some lovely sentiments too

I kept these simple by stamping the butterflies onto some white card in some soft colours and added the sentiments in black for some contrast. You can't really see on the photos but I added some sparkle to each if the dots on the butterflies using a silver glitter pen for a little interest

I added the white panels to matching card bases, added some clear embellishments, and ta-da! Some quick and elegant cards

Lawn Fawn -- Duh-nuh

First up is a card using 'Duh-nuh' from Lawn Fawn - I love these sharks!

I started by watercolouring a background using Distress Inks and then I coloured the sharks and fish from this set using my copics. I fussy cut them all out and adhered the fish flat but I propped the sharks up on foam pads to give the cars some dimension

Hello!

I saw this post on Facebook - is there anything more accurate!? - and it made me realise that I've got a lot of stamp sets which I've never actually used... I've had a sort out and made a pile of unused stamps and over the next few days I plan on making my way through them and creating at least one card with each, wish me luck!
